Maximum time to wait for the page to be "loaded" after the load event (default 10s)
By default "loaded" is no outstanding network requests for a period of time (configurable below), unless you are using js to determine "loaded".

If !!eval( ... code ... ) the page has "loaded" (instead of waiting for network to finish)

How long there must be no outstanding network requests for the page to be "loaded" (if not using js to determine "loaded") (default 500ms)

Minimum ms to wait for a redirect on the first page, irrespective of network (useful for interstitals, etc.)
This is deprecated in favour of using a script to detection when "done".

We then wait for additional network requests to finish, or for a page change.
